Delivery is available for all furniture and products. We offer a full service delivery for an additional charge, which includes furniture, inside your home, assembly for most items and package removal. We also offer delivery at a reduced rate. With this, we will drop off your furniture in the first room off at home with no assembly or no package removal. Most decorative accents home products are shipped directly from our store using shipping method of your choice.

Shipping costs are generally determined by distance and number of items.

Yes. After your purchase has been made, and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will include items purchased, delivery date, shipping and billing address, and a confirmation number. You will also be given a four hour delivery window. You can also check your order status at any time through the MONK portal.

If you need to change your delivery date, we asked that you give us at least 24 hours notice and customer service will be available to take your calls between 10 AM and 7 PM the day before. Please remember to report all problems immediately so that we can correct the problem in a timely manner.

Yes, the full service delivery option include furniture assembly. The furniture is delivered from a truck to inside of your house and set up for you. Please note that with Doorway delivery furniture assembly is not included.
